FAQ
If your question is not one of the following please e-mail us at info@pressurehandle.com
1. "This is my primary drill used for things where pull isn't needed, i.e. mixing, polishing, reaming etc. Will Pressure Handle hinder its ability to do other jobs?"
No. The chain can be
set aside and Pressure Handle is ergonomically engineered to be well
suited as a dead handle also.
2. Will it work in any position?
Yes. It is extremely helpful in the vertical up position because of its natural ability to hold fast to your work with no effort or adjustment. And it works equally well in the horizontal or vertical down position.
3. What if there is nothing on the work to fasten the chain to?
Unlike magnetic drills or other mechanical pulldowns, Pressure Handle can be anchored behind, above, below, or beside your work for almost unlimited versatility.
4. Will Pressure Handle dull drill bits faster?
No. On the contrary. One of the worst enemies to the bit is heat that builds at the tip from friction because of lack of pressure. A steady pressure applied, lets the bit cut instead of rub. You will find yourself spending much less time replacing and sharpening drill bits.
5. Will it take extra effort to hold the drill in line because of the offset
of the chain?
It actually takes much less effort than without the chain since you only need to hold the drill in alignment instead of pushing into your work.
